All pick-up orders (anyone who takes possession of product in our warehouse) and Los Angeles residents are responsible for California sales tax. Sales Tax is calculated on the final auction cost plus shipping charges and pick-up fees (this is required by CA State Law) and must be paid prior to shipment or pick-up. Returns We accept returns on items that are listed as working but are received as not working. AS-IS items are not eligible to be returned.
